Product Design Lead.
I spent over four years leading design and building teams across different Volkswagen brands for several products, which ranged from consumer-facing to enterprise and internal toolings. At the same time, I contributed to brand design and multiple design systems while championing UX and advocating for change across the org. Here are some notable ones that I led and helped ship.
WeConnect ID. is the brand's flagship EV companion app and the customer's primary touchpoint with the Volkswagen Digital Ecosystem, allowing our users to stay constantly in control, from checking the remaining range of their Electric Vehicle and remotely adjusting their climate preferences to finding smart routes for their next trip.

A set of roles and guidelines of an intelligent, situative, and dynamic card system that learns from the user behavior across the different touch points of the WeConnect Ecosystem, allowing us to offer a personalized app experience that adapts to our user's needs.

/Volkswagen Digital Production Platform.
I led UX for one of the pilot projects, a scalable system that adapts to the need of multiple plants to track and trace the vehicle journey across the different production stages, which included building a new infrastructure of an indoor mapping system and outdoor RFID gates. With the development of the Volkswagen Industrial Cloud, through a partnership between VW group and Amazon AWS, this project is laying the foundation for a seamless digitalization of VW production and logistics systems.
