Product Design Manager.
During my time at Shopify, I led UX for the new developer platform Shop Minis on Shop App. Shopify's consumer-facing product. To help thousands of merchants to provide an immersive and joyful shopping experience for 100m+ buyers. As part of the leadership group with leads in Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data, we were responsible for setting the overall strategy and direction of the new platform. The team and I defined the platform's UX foundation, principles, and guidelines in less than six months. We also created a developer's toolkit that includes an SDK, a UIKit, and technical documentation.
Shop Minis are in-app experiences built by developers within the Shopify ecosystem to enhance the Shop App's capabilities, enabling merchants to engage with their customers and provide a compelling shopping experience across multiple surfaces within the App.
