I led the UX Design of the pilot experiment of the launch of the Zalando Premium Category, where we introduced the Premium Brand Shop, an elevated shopping experience catered for high-end fashion brands allowing them to curate and customize their own space within our fashion platform, highlighting their stories and engaging directly with their customers.

Prototyping enabled us to collaborate with various stakeholders from Sandro, allowing them to quickly visualize their space and see their Brand Hub in action and evaluate its alignment with their goals and what our platform could offer to them.

This Pilot experience allowed us to onboard Sandro Paris to our platform and played a crucial role in laying the foundation of the Premium experience. Zalando Premium Category became one of the fastest-growing business entities within Zalando. It Contributed further progress on the mission to become the Starting Point For Fashion and leveraging the potential of the European premium online market.”
